04
What can you experience during a reiki session?
Reiki sessions are different every time and for everyone as a range of experiences are reported. You may or may not see colors and flashes of light, feel temperature changes, tingles, or emotional sensations. Overall, this is a result of the energy flowing through your body, bringing your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies to their natural state. (Its really amazing!)
05
How do I prepare for a session?
The best way to prepare for reiki energy therapy is to drink plenty of water, limit alcohol, eat whole foods, and get a good night's sleep leading up to the session. This is only a recommendation, but the most important thing is to choose to be receptive of the energy and even set an intention for the session.
06
What should I expect after a session?
Following a session, you may feel a sense of clarity, relaxation, and peace. If any emotional feelings come up, it's recommended to acknowledge and embrace them to allow for a release of energy in your body. It's preferred to stay hydrated and avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
