Thanks for visiting! I'm Allison. My mission is to support individuals in reconnecting with their natural ability to heal, so they can experience more ease, clarity, and personal freedom in their lives. Reiki was a gateway for me; it sparked an awakening that shifted how I see life and led me on a journey of self-discovery. I received my Master Usui Level in the summer of 2023.

If you're here, chances are you're curious—and maybe even ready. Ready for what? That answer is deeply personal. You may already feel it within you, even if it hasn’t fully come into your awareness yet. The body and mind need the right environment to feel safe enough to open to it.

My own journey began in January 2023, when I slowly started meeting myself where I was. A Reiki session created a small opening that shifted how I move through life. I didn’t realize how much I had been carrying—emotionally and mentally, while trying to be who others needed me to be. I was disconnected from myself without even knowing it.

That journey is ongoing. It isn’t perfect, and it isn’t linear. Over time, I’ve learned to respond differently, to soften, and to gently bring forward the parts of myself I once kept hidden. Growth often asks us to face uncomfortable truths, but what unfolds on the other side is a sense of freedom and alignment that’s hard to put into words.

This work is deeply personal to me. Through my own transformation, I feel called to share, serve, and offer a safe space where others can experience the same healing, connection, and support that this technique can offer. Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually.
